Ingredients:
- 300 gram of tempe (fermented soybean cake)
- 2 tablespoons of sago flour
- 1 albumine
- 3 sheets of lime leaves, slice into small
- Oil at sufficiently, for frying
Ground spices:
- 3 pieces of red pepper
- 7 pieces of red chili pepper
- 5 pieces of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm of kencur (aromatic ginger)

How to make Perkedel Tempe:
