Ingredients:
- 2 pieces potato big size
- 1 piece egg
- Cooking oil
Ground Spices:
- 2 pieces red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tbsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make Potato Perkedel:
- Peel potato, cut. Wash and drain. Fry until tender. Mashed.
- Add ground spices into mashed potato, stir well.
- Add egg yolk into batter potato, stir well. Make a round-shape.
- Smear each perkedel with albumine.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Lift and drain.
- Serve.
