BALADO KENTANG (POTATO BALADO)


Ingredients:

  • 300 grams potato, cut into dice-shaped
  • 1 piece red chili pepper, deseed, thinly slices, fry
  • 250 ml cooking oil
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 3 sheets lime leaves
  • 1 sheet bay leaf


Ground Spices:

  • 7 pieces red chili pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 pieces red onion
  • 1 piece tomato
  • Salt at sufficiently
  • Sugar at sufficiently


How to make Potato Ring Balado Sauce:

  1. Heat oil, fry potato until half-cooked. Lift and drain.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil, saute ground spices, lemongrass, and bay leaf until cooked and smell.
  3. Put potato, stir until blend with spices.
  4. Add fried red chili pepper, stir. Lift
  5. Serve.
