UDANG TUMIS SAUS TERIYAKI (SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE)


Ingredients :

  • 10 shrimps, peeled, remove head
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tbsp margarine for sauteing
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


Sliced Spices :

  • 3 pieces red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece tomato


How to make Sauteed Shrimp with Teriyaki Sauce :

  1. Saute sliced spices with margarine until smell. Put shrimp, stir and cook until shrimp change color.
  2. Pour water, put teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder. Stir and cook for a moment. Lift.
  3. Served.
