Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg oxtail
- 6 pieces carrot, cuts in 3 cm
- 3 pieces potato, cut into dice-shaped
- Finely chopped celery
- Fried onion
- 3 tbsp butter
Spices for sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic
- Pepper grains personalizing
- 1 cm nutmeg
- Salt at sufficiently
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cm cinnamon
- 5 pieces cloves
How to make Oxtail Soup:
- Boil oxtail approximately one hour. Let the meat becomes more tender and soft.
- Grind garlic, pepper, salt, and nutmeg then saute with butter.
- Put cloves and cinnamon. Saute until smell.
- Put the spices into boiled oxtail.
- Add carrot and potato. Cook until done and put chopped celery. Lift.
- Served.
