ES CINCAU KELAPA KARAMEL (ICE GRASS JELLY COCONUT CARAMEL)


Ingredients :
4 pieces green coconut, scratch
300 grams green grass jelly
750 ml green coconut water
200 grams sugar
100 ml water

Complements :
500 grams ice cube

How to make Ice Grass Jelly Coconut Caramel :
  1. Syrup: Burn sugar. Do not get burned really so not bitter. Add water. Stir until dissolved. Chill.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Add caramel syrup. Stir.
  3. Served with ice cube.
